| Payment is required after approval of initial sketch. You may ask me to alter the sketch as many times as you like (until I deem it to not work out due to inability to meet the commissioner's wants), but the moment you approve of the sketch, you are required to pay and can not ask for edits on anything else save for colour modifications during the colouring stage, and the occasional very small edit. I require a reference image of your character. I do not work off of written descriptions. If you use Stock Photos as visual aid for me, please make sure the stock you provide is certified, legal Free-Use stock images. Finding out if it is free to use or not is the responsibility of the commissioner. You are paying for my personal style - don't ask for anything else but it. If you want a style that I do not normally portray, please find a more suitable artist. (I don't do manga styles, for example). I have a busy schedule, so please expect at least a week's wait, if not more, for your completed piece. Do not pester me for updates. I reserve the right to drop your commission and retain 100% of your payment should I feel harassed. This is non-negotiable and adheres to every commission. I do not have to explain why I feel harassed. I have the right to cancel a commission if my real life becomes too much to maintain a steady working pace for commissions. I will only give refunds in this situation to those who have commissions paid for but the amount of work does not exceed the sketch approval phase. Policies are subject to change without warning or notice. Just because something isn't listed here, doesn't mean I allow it. Please ask if you are unsure. |
